Job Title: Central Supply Coordinator

At New England Donor Services, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Supply Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our supply chain, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of clinical supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of clinical supplies, including ordering, stocking, and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with AATB standards and NEDS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tissue storage, supply storage, sterilization, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of shipments, including unloading, storing, and distributing supplies to satellite offices.
  • Perform daily monitoring of clinical equipment and complete required documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve supply chain issues and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Conduct on-the-job training with new hires and provide guidance on supply chain procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; previous experience in a hospital or medical field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn NEDS's internal systems.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
