As a Restaurant Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fostering positive guest relations by actively seeking feedback and ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Training staff and providing clarity on brand offerings, including menu items and beverage selections.
- Creating a positive workplace culture through effective hiring practices and team engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations, including safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve financial objectives.
- Implementing safety and sanitation protocols.
- Managing daily reporting and inventory controls efficiently.
- Overseeing function setups and breakdowns to ensure smooth operations.
- Conducting regular team meetings to maintain open communication.
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members in accordance with company guidelines.
- Promoting a collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
