Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Requirements Gathering

    • Provide written documentation of findings to share with clients and IT colleagues.
  • System Administration
    • Configure and maintain enterprise asset management software.
    • Develop and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Testing and Documentation
    • Create and document test scenarios to validate system functionality.
    • Test all changes to ensure system stability and accuracy.
  • Implementation and Maintenance
    • Implement system changes in accordance with change management policies and procedures.
    • Monitor system performance and resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Three years of experience in systems administration, preferably in an enterprise asset management environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Enterprise Asset Management Experience
    • Previous experience with enterprise asset management software.
  • IT Experience
    • Experience working in an IT department, preferably in a facilities services organization.
