Home Health Care Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-risk team that provides care to our most vulnerable and medically complex clients.
About the Role:- Work directly with a team of Advanced Practice Nurses, our Medical director, the clinical management team, and traditional Home Health care team to provide the highest quality care and patient experience.
- Develop your skills with training and scholarship opportunities.
- Enjoy a safe and supportive work environment with PPE supplies, comprehensive infection prevention protocol, daily pre-screens, and close monitoring of the COVID-19 outbreak.
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
