BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in West Deptford, New Jersey.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled RN to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a hospice nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient's needs
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned
