In this role, you will work directly with a team of Advanced Practice Nurses, our Medical Director, the clinical management team, and traditional Home Health care team to provide the highest quality care and patient experience possible.
Responsibilities- Develop your skills with training and scholarship opportunities.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
