- Conduct product inspections and maintain records of damaged, defective, or expired items using computerized systems.
- Review inventory logs to assess the availability of requested products.
- Assemble and verify incoming and outgoing kits for adherence to specifications.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to comply with safety standards.
- Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouse personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries and monitor service levels to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source alternative products as needed.
- Deliver equipment to client locations and manage merchandise logistics for transport.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with warehouse or inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Associate's degree is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Capability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs is required.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, as business needs dictate.
- Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
Compensation: $27.10 per hour plus eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
Travel Requirement: 10%
