Job Title: Sales Specialist - Perioperative

Mindray North America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the Perioperative Sales role. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the perioperative market, focusing on the A-Series anesthesia machine and Benevision N-series patient monitor product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to increase market share and drive sales growth in the perioperative market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including acute care hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales revenue and growth expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on capital equipment or medical equipment sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to comprehend technical product lines and develop strategies against the competition.
  • High energy and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
