Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for the direction and coordination of all functions throughout the department.
  • Function as a resource person for supervisors and staff members, providing necessary education and support.
  • Ensure the overall quality of patient care services provided in the department.
  • Making decisions regarding activities within these areas based on Administrative Operational Standards and Human Resource Standards.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license within the State of practice.
  • ACLS, BLS, and certification required.
  • BSN Required - Masters Preferred.
  • OR - Current ARRT with TDH license and/or RCIS registry.
  • MUST have at least 3 or more years of current Cath Lab experience.
  • 1-2 years Supervisory or Management Experience Required.
  • MUST have acute care experience.
  • Registered Nurse Cath Lab / IR experience required.
