WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating Shifts

SALARY: Starting Hourly Rate $18 + Shift and Weekend pay. (Availability for rotating weekends and holidays is required)

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers while anticipating their preferences
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand guidelines
  • Prepare and serve food items consistent with location standards
  • Train and mentor team members in beverage and food preparation, customer service, cash handling, and product knowledge
  • May assign and oversee work tasks for the team and ensure completion of duties
  • Efficiently operate a register/POS and manage cash and credit transactions
  • Organize and balance cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and process deposits
  • Comply with cash handling policies and procedures
  • Set up and dismantle beverage stations, including cleaning and sanitizing
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
  • Restock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a successful barista is essential
  • Previous cash handling experience is required
  • Basic math and counting skills are necessary
  • Experience in a supervisory or related capacity is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Compliance with the assigned dress code is mandatory
  • Proficient in reading and communicating in English and following recipes
  • Completion of Food Handling Certification as required
This position may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
