As a Customer Service Leader at Hannaford, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences that meet and exceed our high standards. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and personalized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement customer service standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager to maintain and improve customer service standards.
  • Assist the Front-End department in maximizing sales through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of store office functions using accounting packets.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
