Verdantas is seeking a seasoned Civil Infrastructure Development Manager to support our New England offices. As a key member of our team, you will oversee diverse projects involving multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery while meeting project metrics.

About the Role
  • Lead or assist in developing strategy, scope of work, risk evaluation, and budget for projects.
  • Manage and provide work assignments to internal project teams and subcontractors.
  • Interact with regulatory agencies, knowing what information to provide, when, and with appropriate internal or client review.

You will be responsible for managing and performing technical engineering work associated with land or site development, including site planning and layout, entrance design, stormwater management, conveyance, erosion and sediment control practices, and site grading.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work environment, paid parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off plus holidays.
