Company OverviewOur private practice launcher provides a unique opportunity for clinicians to build their ideal practice with minimal uncertainty and risk. As a participant, you will receive 50-60 clients directly from us in your first year, along with a proven framework for success, supervision, logo and branding, marketing and referral coaching, and systems for lead conversion and retention.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working as an independent consultant, providing mental health services to clients while leveraging the support and resources provided by Thrive Therapy. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work with clients who align with your interests and goals.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have active licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) or be pending active licensure. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
