Position: Network Operations Center L1 Engineer (Entry Level)

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a command center operations environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of ITIL processes. Candidates with ITIL certification will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize SolarWinds monitoring tools effectively.
  • Provide mentorship to L1 engineers.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adapt to flexible shift schedules.
  • Employ ticketing systems such as Service Now proficiently.
  • Engage in corporate initiatives focused on Shift Left and Automation.

Compensation:

The salary range indicated reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as work location, job level, and relevant experience or education.
