Job Title: Enterprise Data Conversion Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Enterprise Data Conversion Expert at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for migrating large volumes of data between systems, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to our operations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to develop comprehensive data migration plans.
  • Working with technical teams to explain data mapping requirements and assist in transforming data between source and target systems.
  • Ensuring data quality throughout the migration process through data validation, cleansing, and testing.
  • Collaborating with project managers and technical leads to develop detailed migration plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, issues, and progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on data migration or data management projects.
  • Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in working with data migration tools (e.g., Informatica) is a plus.
  • Proficient in SQL for data validation and querying.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
