Job Summary:

National Marrow Donor Program seeks a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join their Enterprise Marketing team. This role requires expertise in digital marketing campaign performance reporting and technical problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing advanced digital measurement and data strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality performance reporting and analyses, with a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics tools and technologies. They will work closely with the Regional Marketing team, marketing agency vendor partners, Enterprise Analytics team colleagues, and IT departments to implement digital campaign tracking and audience re-marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and maintain multi-channel marketing campaign conversion-based performance reporting\
  • Analyze campaign performance data from paid ad channels and non-paid channels, including website traffic data, SFMC email campaigns, and organic social media posts/video posts\
  • Provide actionable insights on multi-channel campaign engagement, campaign goal conversion performance, channel attribution, and A/B ad or content testing\
  • Utilize multiple marketing, analytics, data visualization, and data technology stack tools, including Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4 360, Google Looker Data Studio, Google Tag manager, Google Big Query, Salesforce Advertising Studio, Industry-leading Ad Platforms, and Snowflake\
  • Measure and map year-over-year pacing and progress of digital marketing campaigns and efforts against fiscal year goals\
  • Benchmark digital campaigns against industry standards at the global level and niche market level\
  • Monitor key campaign performance metrics, trends, and awareness/intervention strategies to ensure campaign goals are met\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize target audience experiences for members/providers/partners/patients/supporters\
  • Ensure data quality and drive efficient use of NMDP marketing budgets\
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and analytics industry news and trends\
  • Perform other duties as assigned\
  • Required qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing analysis, expertise in digital ad tracking technologies, audience remarketing/re-targeting strategies, and 1st party CRM marketing campaign audience data integrations\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaign strategic planning requests and reporting projects simultaneously\
  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or computer science, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing analysis\
