About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Fine Jewelry Sales colleague to join our team at Bloomingdale's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Offer expert knowledge of fine jewelry products, including watch models, straps, and bands, to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Support customers in trying on various watch models, adjusting straps or bands to achieve a comfortable fit.
  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge training to stay up-to-date on the latest fine jewelry trends and technologies.
  • Use point of sale technology and applications to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders.
  • Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events, including trunk shows, to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Perform all aspects of the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and Buy online, Pickup in Stores (BOPS).
  • Ensure proper processing, presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
  • Adhere to asset protection programs and procedures to ensure audit compliance.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to share information with diverse groups of customers and colleagues.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • 1-2 years of related experience required.
