About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sr. Store Associate to join our team at Office Depot. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Centric Experience:
    • Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
    • Utilize sales tools and product knowledge to promote the sale of relevant products and services.
    • Stay up-to-date on planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
  • Store Operations Commitment:
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including scanning, investigating, and filling inventory lows and outs.
    • Support freight processes and maintain a well-stocked environment.
  • Print and Tech Expertise:
    • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge through sales and service tools, including advanced level training in print and technology products/services.
    • Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and developments.
  • Compliance Adherence and Support:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support loss prevention efforts.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • No previous experience required, retail sales experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
