Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Living Spaces. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
