Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Services team as a Part-time Guest Services Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at the Stormont Vail Events Center.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the guest area for events, including wiping down seats and identifying potential hazards
  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and assist them in locating their seats
  • Scan event tickets and ensure the correct ticket is being used for entry
  • Assist guests with ADA accessible seating and enforce building policies and procedures
  • Manage foot traffic flow and respond to guest concerns in a professional manner
  • Be knowledgeable about arena emergency evacuation procedures
Qualifications
  • Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be 18 or older and able to stand for long periods of time
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 to $15.00, as well as benefits for part-time roles, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. This is an evergreen role, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
