We are currently looking for a Customer Service Consultant to enhance our team.

The Customer Service Consultant plays a crucial role in promoting and selling all products and services offered by our company while adhering to our established store standards and expectations.

COMPENSATION: Up to $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone, utilizing standardized customer service techniques.
  • Listen attentively to customers' concerns; inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify service needs.
  • Recommend services based on your knowledge and communicate additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician clearly to customers, enabling informed decisions. Document all recommendations accurately.
  • Promote the sale of relevant services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a solid understanding of the products and their service requirements.
  • Provide customers with precise quotes that include costs and estimated completion times for approved services, and keep them updated throughout the service process.
  • Follow proper procedures during the checkout process, including reviewing the completed multi-point inspection and explaining applicable warranties.
  • Conduct follow-up calls post-repair and for declined services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Customer Service Consultant is expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and demonstrate behaviors that align with the Company Standards and Expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Service Consultant is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or an automotive-related field
  • Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
  • Availability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
