Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers, determine their needs, and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
  • Conduct test drives with customers and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate car prices and financing options with customers
  • Meet sales targets set by management
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Kia vehicles and their features
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive car buying experience for our customers
  • Complete paperwork and other administrative tasks associated with vehicle sales
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
