Join Our Team as a Sprinkler System Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sprinkler System Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our customers' sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls from our Service Resource Center, including troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in sprinkler systems.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the fire sprinkler/suppression industry.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • NICET Level II certification desired.
