Sprinkler System Repair Technician

We're seeking a skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our customers' sprinkler systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to service calls from our Service Resource Center, identifying equipment/system malfunctions and communicating with customers to resolve issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
- Utilize technical manuals, part manuals, and other resources to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and repair of sprinkler systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and district staff to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Participate in on-call rotations and travel to customer sites, covering Eastern Montana and Northern Wyoming.
- 5+ years of experience in the Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, with a strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
- NICET Level II certification desired.
