B2B Sales Director

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager - B2B to lead our telemarketing team and drive sales growth. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach bars and taverns across Texas.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong ability to motivate and train a team. You will be required to set clear goals and metrics, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and professionalism.
In this role, you will oversee outbound and inbound call handling, email campaigns, and quality customer interactions. You will also conduct regular follow-ups on new installs and ensure that our 3rd-party customers receive exceptional service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting bars and taverns statewide.
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of telemarketers.
- Set team goals and metrics, regularly review performance, and provide coaching to achieve targets.
- Oversee outbound and inbound call handling, email campaigns, and quality customer interactions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and manage a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
