Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Identify, build, and deepen relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients to gain incremental wallet share through financial planning and excellent discovery and profiling skills.
  • Financial Planning and Solutions: Anticipate complex financial needs of clients and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools based on client profiling.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: With the support of product specialists, recognize and understand clients' banking, credit, and investment needs and goals to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Client Engagement and Communication: Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through high-touch, face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to seminars.
  • Referral Opportunities: Master referral opportunities to grow portfolio and refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
  • Client Events and Acquisitions: Organize client events to enhance client bonding and acquire new clients through converting referral leads.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to, and appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, organized with strong attention to detail, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, current Registration for FINRA series 6, 63, and 65, and Insurance group 1 required.
