Head Universal Banker

The Head Universal Banker is a key role in our Darien branch, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients. As a leader in the branch, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to your colleagues while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in your work.

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
• Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, using this knowledge to educate clients and promote sales.
• Manage cash and maintain accurate records, ensuring the safety and security of client and bank assets.

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong sales and service skills, with a focus on building relationships and identifying client needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on continuing education and professional development.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
• Experience with digital banking platforms and tools, with a focus on promoting sales and service through technology.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support colleagues in achieving sales and service goals.
