Tier 0/1 Service Desk Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Operations Deputy to lead our Tier 0/1 Service Desk operations for our Digital and AI Team at SAIC. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of experts in cloud, digital engineering, data, and Artificial Intelligence.
The selected individual will be responsible for performing high-level, day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for complex operating systems, workstations, and servers. They will also coordinate, direct, and perform complex software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- $100,000 - $140,000 per year salary range.
- Bachelor's degree and fourteen years of experience or Master's degree and twelve years of experience or PhD/JD and nine years of experience.
- ITIL Certification.
- HDI-CSR Certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- U.S. Citizenship and an active secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
