Responsibilities:
  • Manage the billing and collections process for SNFs, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims
  • Develop and maintain relationships with SNF clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and collections issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in SNF billing and collections
  • Strong knowledge of PCC, SNF billing, and collections and follow-up processes
  • Experience with claim submission, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care insurance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with MatrixCare, Ability – now Involan, Waystar, Availity, and multiple insurance/managed care claim web portals
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
