**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Brokerage Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Brokerage CSR, you will provide assistance to our agency force for property and casualty business brokered to companies outside of Ncfbins.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to email communication and phone calls from the agency force regarding policy servicing needs.
- Quote and bind coverage for various lines of property and casualty business.
- Process applications for new business and renewals.
- Account invoicing for new business, additional premiums, and renewals.
- Maintain current client documentation and records in the agency management system.
- Distribute policies and various forms that are received during the policy period.
- Issue certificates of insurance.
- Forward claim notices to appropriate companies and assist in pertinent correspondence regarding claims.
- Process renewal, cancellation, and reinstatement documentation as required.
- Verify membership status.
**Requirements**
- Associates degree or other commensurate experience.
- Agents property and casualty license will be required after hiring.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a time-sensitive environment.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, including excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with others.
