**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Brokerage Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Brokerage CSR, you will provide assistance to our agency force for property and casualty business brokered to companies outside of Ncfbins.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to email communication and phone calls from the agency force regarding policy servicing needs.
  • Quote and bind coverage for various lines of property and casualty business.
  • Process applications for new business and renewals.
  • Account invoicing for new business, additional premiums, and renewals.
  • Maintain current client documentation and records in the agency management system.
  • Distribute policies and various forms that are received during the policy period.
  • Issue certificates of insurance.
  • Forward claim notices to appropriate companies and assist in pertinent correspondence regarding claims.
  • Process renewal, cancellation, and reinstatement documentation as required.
  • Verify membership status.

**Requirements**

  • Associates degree or other commensurate experience.
  • Agents property and casualty license will be required after hiring.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, including excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with others.
