Mako Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Mako Product Specialist to join our team at Stryker. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping surgeons use our Mako robot, a cutting-edge technology used in robotic-arm assisted surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to surgeons and hospital staff, offering guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.
  • Act as a helpful source for all things related to the Mako, resolving technical product and service issues as needed.
  • Offer customer education and ongoing in-services, including assisting surgeons in pre-operative implant planning.
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing colleagues to grow product utilization and increase volume with current and potential customers.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent.
  • Valid drivers' license with good driving record.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in technical skills and technology systems and administrative procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in a sales or technical product environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
