Stability Healthcare is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional services to students in a local contract setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and providing response to intervention for the needs of each student.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, screen, and evaluate students to identify communication and learning needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students, reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
  • Establish a positive learning environment and provide response to intervention for the needs of each student
  • Collaborate with parents and the school interdisciplinary team to share results and develop strategies for student success
Requirements
  • Masters degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelors degree
  • Texas SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • School experience is preferred but not required
  • ASHA Certification
