Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, responding to their needs and preferences
  • Embody our customer experience principles, ensuring a positive and personalized interaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational and merchandise standards
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, following established procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, driving sales and customer loyalty
  • Participate in store recovery, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Support and uphold merchandising philosophy, following established procedures and standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and personalized experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting business needs and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment

Starting Pay Range: $16.28 to $16.78 per hour. The full range of the position is $16.28 to $20.90 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
