Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Key responsibilities include evaluating patients/residents, contributing to nursing assessments and care planning, administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders, and supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications for this role include being a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing, being currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure, and maintaining current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
