Role Summary:

The Real Estate Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing leasing and property management functions while assisting in the daily operations of various programs, activities, and services. This role requires handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from the public and internal departments regarding leasing opportunities.
  • Ensure maximum occupancy of all rental units.
  • Maintain secure documentation to safeguard confidential data.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants.
  • Oversee human resources responsibilities.
  • Manage leasing processes for all rental properties.
  • Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Conduct thorough background checks.
  • Oversee rental applications and ensure timely processing.
  • Collect rent and maintain accurate tenant ledgers.
  • Advertise available properties effectively.
  • Ensure all units are prepared for new tenants.
  • Assist accounts payable in applying correct billing codes for projects.
  • Prepare reports summarizing and forecasting business activities and financial performance.
  • Collaborate on special projects, including organizing company-wide events.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing supplies and communications.
  • Review and recommend procedural changes to enhance efficiency and quality control.
  • Maintain a positive working environment to promote employee morale and productivity.
  • Act as the primary contact for current and prospective tenants.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property management needs.

Supervisory Duties:

Work Environment:

This position operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 30% of the time.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access equipment and files.
  • Frequent use of computers and office machinery.
  • Effective verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Work primarily indoors.

Position Type:

This is a full-time role with a standard work schedule.

Travel Requirements:

Some travel may be required for this position.

Qualifications:
