Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our part-time team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based patient care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and dietitians, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered nurse licensed by the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
  • American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent.
  • Formal training in management of aggressive patients.
  • Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
