Engineering Leadership Program Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) at General Dynamics Mission Systems. As an ELP Member, you will have the opportunity to rotate across several cross-functional teams within our Dedham, Massachusetts facility and support other sites responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate across multiple teams to gain diverse experience and skills
- Complete a technical master's degree
- Undergo internal training and development programs
- Participate in community engagement and volunteer activities
- Establish a strong professional network and mentorship relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least zero to three years of related work experience
- Agile experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable time from date of hire
- U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Skills:
- GPA of at least 3.2
- Previous internship or project work in your discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, face challenging tasks, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment
- Passion for supporting those who serve, learning and applying new concepts, and community involvement
