We are seeking a Clinical Director to manage and quality assure all clinical services, including training and supervision of clinical staff. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as expertise in employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and quality assure all clinical services
  • Train and supervise clinical staff
  • Drive program development and evaluation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1 or PhD level Clinician
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible program management experience and staff supervision
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment
