Job Summary

As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems, you will rotate across several cross-functional teams within Dedham, Massachusetts, and have the opportunity to support other sites responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems, and more. While completing different rotations, you will also complete a technical master's degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network.

Responsibilities
  • Rotate across several cross-functional teams within Dedham, Massachusetts, and support other sites.
  • Complete a technical master's degree.
  • Undergo internal training.
  • Be involved in community engagement.
  • Establish a strong professional network.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least zero to three years of related work experience.
  • Agile experience preferred.
