Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients in various settings within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in various settings, including home care and community-based settings.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
  • Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting, with prior home care experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse population.
