Nurse Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team as a Resource Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients on various in-patient units and at the Clinical Evaluation Center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Participate in leading patient groups and provide a leadership role in organizing and providing patient care.
- Supervise Mental Health Workers and provide direction and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient care goals.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and utilize the nursing process.
