Cybersecurity Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Technical Account Manager (TAM) with Exabeam experience and knowledge to join our team at Lumifi Cyber.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with our customers, build relationships with them, and help them achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges.

This individual will be independent, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to define and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of world-class TAM service offering.

The TAM will be a part of the Customer Success team and will partner with Sales and Product teams to drive customer satisfaction.

This position is based on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Exabeam customers' technical requests and take care of any technical issues
  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
  • Address any Exabeam technical support requests and issue escalations if needed. Address all account-related queries in a timely fashion.
  • Provide internal Lumifi development team with customers' feedback to help identify potential new product features
  • Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers' requirements
  • Keep track of key account metrics
  • Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate Contract Renewals
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in using software for sales such as Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus
