Job Summary:

The HR Generalist is a key point of contact for employees and managers within the organization, serving as a customer-facing role that provides support and guidance. This position reports directly to the HR Director and receives day-to-day supervision and guidance from the Senior HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and termination procedures.
  • Develop and maintain employee communications, including company-wide announcements and departmental updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
