Internship Opportunities

We are seeking spring interns/co-ops for various markets, including Nashville, TN and Austin, TX. Our internship program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in project management, field management, estimating, development services, and planning/scheduling.

Internship Roles
  • Estimating Interns: Assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, and project scope development.
  • Project Management Interns: Gain competence in writing RFIs, reviewing submittals, material procurement, and document control.
  • Field Management Interns: Gain hands-on experience in managing field coordination, jobsite management, and project schedules.
  • Development Services Interns: Gain understanding of managing the construction process as an owner's representative.
  • Planning/Scheduling Interns: Gain an understanding of construction processes, software management, and risk identification.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in budget preparation.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors.
  • Review project documents and shop drawings.
  • Correspond with architects and engineers.
  • Conduct quality control inspections.
  • Track progress, document, and perform administrative duties.
