We are in search of a full-time Family Adoption Consultant to join our team. A bachelor's degree in a human services-related discipline is required, and we will provide comprehensive training.
A Typical Day as a Family Adoption Consultant
In this role, you will collaborate with children and families to ensure that children can thrive safely in their home settings. Family Adoption Consultants impart essential skills such as emotional regulation, fostering healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families. You will work closely with foster parents to assist in their training, licensing, and ongoing support for both them and the children in their care.
