Within the Tangible Asset Incentive Services division, our team assists clients in optimizing their tangible assets to maximize returns. Our advisors specialize in a range of solutions, including cost segregation studies, energy credits and incentives, fixed asset consulting, and compliance with tangible property regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments of potential clients and property inspections.
- Evaluate potential projects to determine the suitability of cost segregation services.
- Oversee multiple engagements and projects simultaneously.
- Maintain communication regarding project status with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify and address technical challenges.
- Review the work of junior team members.
- Manage project budgets effectively.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members.
- Present findings and reports to clients.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of new staff.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client confidentiality.
- Deliver timely, high-quality service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in construction management, engineering, accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, CCSP, or PE are required. If not certified, candidates must meet educational requirements to obtain licensure upon hire.
- Experience in conducting cost segregation studies or related construction tasks, such as estimating, is preferred.
- Background in public accounting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with federal regulations governing tax depreciation is preferred.
- Ability to identify technical issues, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively to clients.
- Previous experience in training and leading a successful team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Compensation Information: The compensation range is reflective of the Denver market and may vary based on internal equity, knowledge, experience, skillset, and geographic location among other factors.
