The operator's primary duties involve initiating and fine-tuning the extrusion machinery, overseeing product quality, and implementing necessary modifications to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks regarding color, dimensions, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and fine-tune the extrusion machinery
- Oversee and assess product quality
- Replace rolls of completed products
- Utilize a grinder for preparing scrap materials
- Conduct changeovers between different production cycles
- Maintain a tidy work environment
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Guide and train new operator trainees
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in machine operation
- Knowledge of machine setup, disassembly, and preventive maintenance
- Preferably, prior experience as an extrusion machine operator
