We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Director to join our team at Greco Properties in Minneapolis. As a Leasing Director, you will play a key role in achieving the leasing goals of our property by working closely with our Property Manager(s) to ensure a seamless leasing process.

• Leasing and Sales: Respond to leads, provide tours of apartments and community to potential residents, discuss the advantages of leasing at our property, and close sales.
• Pricing and Market Analysis: Propose pricing adjustments as needed by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Relationship Building: Create strong working relationships with referring partners, such as locators, realtors, corporate housing companies, and relocation companies.
• Administrative Tasks: Review leasing files for accuracy, submit commission reports monthly, and comply with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.
• Team Collaboration: Attend weekly leasing meetings and monthly marketing meetings.

• 2 years of experience in sales or sales management role
• 2-year college degree
• Strong sales background with a solid history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Competitive and self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Weekend availability
