Job Title: Account Executive Digital Sales

About the Role:

Salem Media Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive Digital Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and managing our multi-media marketing solutions to local small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for local and regional businesses, identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic marketing proposals to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Research and stay current on all local digital marketing trends and opportunities, ensuring you have a deep understanding of the latest industry developments.
  • Develop and present compelling and strategic advertising presentations to decision-makers, highlighting the value of our multi-media marketing solutions.
  • Accurately project revenues and meet or exceed monthly budgets for all product lines, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals in both on-air and online media, with a strong understanding of digital products and their positioning in the marketplace.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Target Display, OTT/CTV, social media, Email Marketing, Chat, Website Development, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to groups of people.
  • A history of conducting in-depth needs analysis to uncover client needs and provide tailored solutions, with a proven ability to work with diverse groups of clients.
