Job Title: Executive Assistant

Agathus Studios, a boutique real estate investment and design firm, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to our growing business and company's founders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn new skills quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage and prioritize the company-wide calendar, coordinate travel logistics, handle correspondence, and maintain digital business records.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee purchasing and fulfillment of product requests, review deliveries, and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
  • Operations Coordination & Management: Facilitate the flow of inventory, serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and clients, and arrange logistics for antique furniture pieces.
  • Project Planning & Strategy: Spearhead ad hoc projects, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Personal Assistance: Support the founders in personal tasks, run errands, and plan personal vacations.
Qualifications:
  • College degree required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a must.
  • Familiarity with software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

This full-time position includes paid time off, the ability to participate in a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and discretionary bonuses. Hired candidates must submit to a criminal background and DMV check and provide a valid driver's license, proof of vehicle registration, and authorization to work in the U.S.
